Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, work through what’s holding you back, and help you feel more in control so you can take on whatever’s ahead with clarity and confidence.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a focus on Sports Performance Psychology, and I trained at UIC’s Jane Addams School of Social Work. As a certified personal trainer too, I bring a unique mix of mental health and fitness expertise. This helps me support athletes, teens, and young adults in building both emotional strength and mental focus.
