Hi, I'm Caily and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping young adults feel empowered, understood, and supported. I earned my Master's degree from Bridgewater State University (2020) after completing my undergraduate degree at Emmanuel College (2017). I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. We’ll collaborate to define what you want to get out of therapy, and then break those goals into small, meaningful, and achievable steps. If you are interested in setting up an initial consult, please contact me via email or find me on Headway!
Hi! I'm Kade- a queer, nonbinary therapist that got bored of doing traditional therapy. Now, I work with clients in the outdoors (think: walk and talk therapy, or hanging out by a creek, or making nature art) or offer to bring in art and nature into our office or virtual sessions. I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ clients as well as those figuring out life after leaving or reconsidering religion. Many of my other clients are navigating life changes that feel chaotic or are just trying to give therapy "another shot". My ultimate goal for my clients is for them to get the support they're needing. So, I'll invite you to check in about what's working or not, and will work to co-create an approach to therapy based on your own needs. Therapy should never be a "one size fits all" kind of thing.
I specialize in supporting students who find the balance of social life, academics, and transitioning into adulthood to be challenging. Many of the students I work with experience social anxiety, struggles with self-confidence, or have ADHD. I also help students navigate the complexities of learning to live independently and building a fulfilling, self-directed life.
Therapy can be a space for learning about yourself, healing emotional pain, and changing patterns that aren’t working for you. Are you struggling with anxiety or depression, a relationship issue, or difficulty with eating? Are you dealing with sexual orientation or gender identity, and in the process of coming out? I have been working as a therapist, especially with young adults, for many years. We will work together to explore what’s happening in your life and to help you change yourself and your circumstances. Feel free to reach out so we can talk by phone before setting up a meeting. I look forward to connecting with you!
We work best with students who feel deeply and think a lot. Many of the students we support are navigating major life changes, identity questions, relationship challenges, or the pressure to succeed while feeling like they are falling behind inside. If you have ever felt like you are carrying a lot beneath the surface or trying to make sense of big emotions and experiences, you are not alone. In therapy, we create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and build the tools to move through life with more self-awareness and confidence.

I work collaboratively with students who face a variety of challenges, including life transitions, relationship issues, and navigating queer identities. College and graduate school typically occur at pivotal developmental points for people in terms of figuring out who they are, what they want, and separating/individuating from parental figures. Together, we will work to understand your inner life, what works and what doesn't in terms of your thinking, behavior and ways of relating to others. Often, patterns develop that help us stay safe and secure when we're young, but would benefit from re-examination and modification to live a more fulfilling adult life. I have a sub-specialty working with people with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), a highly distressing fixation on a perceived appearance defect that can impact daily functioning and quality of life. I help you understand where the appearance fixation originated, including negative self appraisals and rituals/compulsions that accompany BDD. Learning to face feared and avoided situations is a gradual process that takes place over time, freeing you from the hold of BDD and leading to improved functioning and a more satisfying life.
Trauma-informed, nature based expressive arts therapist licensed in two states: MA and CO. I love to take clients "off the couch" and into the outdoors--currently offering all in-person sessions outdoors, and also offer Telehealth sessions if you choose that option. I will help you to tap into the power of your own imagination, humor, and creativity to heal trauma & thrive! I am a certified EMDR therapist and use this method often in combination with other experiential activities to help you take your time to find the words to express what is bothering you and to address it in the ways that work best for you! Also now offering Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Integration.

As a therapist, I aim to help my clients achieve and maintain the best version of themselves. My hope is that through the power of the therapeutic relationship, clients are able to be vulnerable, explore their authentic selves, and learn the tools necessary to help them cope with the struggles in their daily lives and relationships. Through the reflection on past experiences and the exploration of present thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, I work to help my clients gain insight and facilitate change in their lives. I offer guidance and expertise addressing an array of issues that impact individuals. These areas include trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, military, life transitions, families/couples, anxiety, depression, and many others. My primary goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and empathic environment for you to explore, process, heal, and grow. I am here to help you feel empowered and supported throughout the therapeutic process and give you the space you need to be vulnerable, explore, and challenge yourself. Are you self-aware, but still stuck in the same painful patterns? Feeling things intensely and struggling with emotional balance? Can't get your mind to calm down or your thoughts to stop racing? Healing, growth, and inner calm are absolutely possible. With 15 years experience working in social services, first as a health educator and then as a licensed therapist, there's not much I haven't seen or heard before. I use science-backed methods to identify what's blocking progress, and create personalized approaches that address root causes, not just the symptoms. My style is conversational & collaborative. I believe each person is more than a diagnosis & I work with you to identify the unique thought/emotion patterns and nervous system reactions you couldn't spot on your own, and create a personalized treatment approach which ensures therapy actually works.

My name is Dr. Aparna Atluru, and I am a Stanford trained psychiatrist, am on faculty at UCSF, and specialize in seeing young adults (18-35). I further subspecialize in treating young up and comers in high stress roles: graduate &professional students, residents/physicians and start-up founders/tech employees. I am many things professionally: academic physician, double boarded psychiatrist, skilled psychotherapist, and Harvard MBA. Given my diverse educational, training, and teaching experiences, I am able to understand high achieving young adults from a unique perspective. I feel I am the best fit for young adults who are multi-dimensional, high achieving, and are motivated to make a change. I have a very limited private practice, and only take on patients who are interested in working on their whole self from a mental health perspective. I provide both psychotherapy and medication management (if needed). As a double boarded physician specializing in psychiatry, I have extensive training in both pediatric and adult psychopharmacology. From a psychotherapy perspective, I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy and existential psychotherapy. On the personal side, I am originally from Texas, am Indian- American, and enjoy being outdoors, writing fiction and sipping on a good boba tea. My patients tell me I have a witty sense of humor, so if you can handle that, please reach out and lets see if we can work together!
