Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of school, grades, social groups and trying to keep up with everything you're supposed to be doing? Maybe you find yourself comparing yourself to others, wondering if you're falling behind or not doing enough? Maybe you’re overwhelmed by school, work, family expectations, pressures of needing to know your life goals or all of it at once. You might feel stuck and need some support and or just exhausted trying to balance everything. Whether you're navigating college or grad school, exploring relationships, or dealing with family pressures, I’m here to walk alongside you. If you’re in that in-between space, thinking you need to have things figured out, questioning yourself, or just trying to keep up, I get it. Therapy can be a space to unpack and process, where you can slow down and start to explore what matters to you and what are some patterns that may be holding you back. You're not alone if you're asking questions like: "Am I doing enough?" "Why does everyone else seem to have it figured out?" "How do I make time for myself when everything feels urgent?" Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, family dynamics, grief, or the social exhaustion of trying to stay connected while also needing space this season of life is a lot. In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are. I offer a space where you can show up as yourself. I believe in being real with you, validating what’s hard, and gently helping you explore what feels stuck or confusing. We’ll talk about things like identity, relationships, stress, loss, and how to care for yourself even when everything feels like it’s moving fast. Whether you’re feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or just trying to figure out your next steps, my intention is to walk with you and offer a steady, supportive space to explore, grow, and heal. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan with a specialization in Interpersonal Practice in Integrated Health and Mental Health and completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Grand Valley State University. I draw from a person-centered approach, believing that my clients are the experts in their own lives. My role is to offer support, perspective, and tools as we work collaboratively toward your goals.

Feeling truly heard and understood can be a powerful part of the healing process. Therapy offers a space to explore your emotions and experiences with confidence, and that starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. By fostering trust, safety, empathy, and a nonjudgmental atmosphere, my goal is to create a space where you feel supported in whatever you're facing. I tailor evidence-based treatments to fit your unique needs. Helping you make sense of what you are going through, grow in ways that feel meaningful, and develop practical skills that work in your everyday life. I work with adults and teens (16+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem challenges. I believe that together we can achieve more than we can alone. Whether you’re looking for healing, growth, or just a space to sort through your thoughts and feelings, therapy can be a valuable step. I’m here to help you make progress at your own pace. I look forward to working with you.

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” -Lao Tzu My name is Taibriana Wilkins. I am an African-American BIPOC woman, using she/her/ella pronouns. My love of cultures, exploration and language encouraged me to travel and live abroad. Before studying to be a clinical social worker and therapist, I spent a few years in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Hyogo prefecture, Japan working as an English Foreign Language teacher. I was able to improve my language skills, eat delicious food, and explore. One of the major themes I gained from living abroad and living in Michigan is the ability to manage and adjust to transitions. Life is full of transitions, whether it be adjusting to an unfamiliar environment, readjusting to a familiar environment, a new position, changes in family dynamics and social life, it is important to practice skills related to connecting with yourself and others. I provide a non-judgmental space for YOU to play and explore life while in therapy. To reflect on the past and consider the future, it is valuable to be grounded in the present. When we play, we are in the present moment. I am warm, encouraging, direct and enjoy sharing a laugh. Attending and engaging in therapy can provoke a host of emotional responses. Developing a positive relationship between YOU the client and myself the therapist is important for exploration and when practicing vulnerability. In session, YOU may seek insight into everyday situations, examine patterns of behavior, and practice coping skills to navigate difficult moments. I specialize in serving teens/adolescents, college students, young adults, and clients of marginalized identities including Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), International students, immigrants, and LGBTQIAS2+ populations. I have practiced at a Lansing area community center and at Michigan State University. Topics of focus in session surround navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, time management skills, family dynamics, and identity formation.

Welcome! I’m so glad we’ve crossed paths. My name is Hayley, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I have my master's degree in social work (LLMSW) from Grand Valley State University, where I also received my bachelor's degree in social work (BSW). Because everyone’s journey is unique, I will meet you where you're at and walk alongside you to provide the support you seek and deserve. My therapeutic style is warm, validating, supportive, empowering, and person-centered. I truly believe that having a safe and validating space to share our truth is so healing. The approaches I may implement in practice are elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, humanistic/client-centered, and strengths based. I specialize in anxiety, stress management, life transitions, LGBTQIA+, women’s issues, individuals involved in the justice system, pet end of life planning, and pet grief/loss. When I’m out of the office I find joy in spending time with my 5 cats. They are all rescues with unique stories and goofy personalities. I also have two chinchillas, and a general love for rodents. I believe animals are so healing. I know mine have saved me and brought me peace in so many ways. I also find joy in listening to my vinyl collection, watercolor painting, and looking for rocks and fossils along the shores of Lake Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Thank you for being here! I look forward to creating a validating therapeutic space for you that is accepting, healing, and empowering.

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying ‘I will try again tomorrow.'” – Mary Anne Radmacher Hello, I am Katelyn. My therapeutic approach strives to create a safe, warm, validating, and non-judgmental atmosphere. Hi! My name is Matt and I am a limited licensed professional counselor. I have been working as a counselor since 2022 and have been working in the mental health field since 2016. My first counseling job was at Central Michigan University and I worked with clients with a variety of concerns such as life adjustments, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, etc. Before anything else, I'd first try to get to know you, your circumstances, your presenting problem, and your strengths before we focus on how we can make the best use of our time together, whether that be space to process, thinking of solutions, or something else. If we don't happen to be a match, that's ok! I work with a team of other mental health professionals who may be available to take on new clients as well.
