My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR with somatic and evidence-based talk therapies to support improved daily functioning and deeper, lasting healing. I specialize in working with medical trauma, chronic pain, women’s health, and grief. I also support clients navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, and changes across the lifespan. I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and truly understood. I believe therapy should be collaborative, meaningful and practical, and I work to find tools and approaches that genuinely support change in my client's day-to-day life.

I work in treating Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. Are you currently struggling and seeking to better understand yourself and/or work through experiences of feeling stuck? Do your thoughts, emotions, behaviors/ habits feel disappointing, overwhelming, or seem to drift from your goals? We can collaborate to understand what's most valuable to you, the ways in which you struggle, and learn what could be most effective for you in your journey forward. We may just discover the most useful tools for you on your healing path as you metabolize old pain and grow in your own unique and deeply satisfying ways. My intention is to help provide a compassionate and curious environment to allow clients to explore their experiences and further understand both their difficult challenges (such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, difficulty connecting, being present etc.), as well as the beautiful core intentions and aspirations within them. I really enjoy this work. Offering in-person sessions in Corvallis and some teletherapy options as well. Healing and growth...not easy, though very possible. :-) I welcome diversity regarding race, gender identity, ability, religion, sexuality and neurodiversity. If you're seeking a greater sense of peace, value-aligned living, and inner strength, feel free to send me an email or call me. I'll get back to you. The insurances I am able to work with are: Pacific Source, and MODA. Here is a link to my website: https://www.presentquestcounseling.com/ Chad Blanchard LMFT 530-588-8731

As a young adult, few things are harder than struggling alone. This time in your life can feel full of contradictions. It's exciting yet uncertain, liberating yet terrifying, carefree yet sometimes paralyzing. You crave connection. To be seen & deeply loved. But relational wounds, anxiety, or the residue of past trauma can lead to feelings of distrust, insecurity, & doubt. You yearn for more. To have healthy relationships. Improve self-esteem. You want to live with more ease, but feel stuck by your pain. Emotional wounds need nurturing, connection, & the healing power of a relationship. You're not alone. I help young adults learn to be with themselves & others without feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or scared. We slow down & notice what happens in the moment & the body as we explore emotions. My primary therapeutic approach is AEDP, which focuses on connection & attunement, undoing aloneness, accessing & processing emotions, & "loving up" strengths. I know that reaching out is hard! It's scary & unfamiliar. But together, we'll work through the difficult stuff. The emotions. The fear. We'll laugh a lot. We'll cry a bit, too. Nothing is too big! Plus, I've got a comfy couch & cozy office. Or meet me on telehealth. Either way. I challenge you to do this for yourself. You have everything within you.

Are you holding a lot internally? Do you appear capable and put-together on the outside yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, or disconnected inside? Many students I work with are empaths and deep feelers who often ruminate or overthink decisions, worry about letting others down, or feel pressure to always be perceived as put together and strong. Are you confused about what healthy sexuality is? Are you unsure about what consent and bodily autonomy looks like, sounds like, feels like? College can intensify everything all at once: the stress of both internal and external academic expectations, relationships, family pressure, cultural or religious identities, and big questions about the future. It is a time of navigating multiple transitions. Transitions such as figuring out who you are apart from your family, questioning beliefs you grew up with, or trying to become your own person while staying connected to the people who matter to you. Add to this trying to develop new connections, and it can feel like you have a lead role in “Everything Everywhere All at Once.” Maybe you grew up in a high-pressure environment, or took on emotional caretaker roles early, or learned to minimize your needs. Perhaps you are noticing patterns you don’t know how to change. Or now that you are away from a traumatic family of origin situation, you are having memories surface and find yourself disassociating and finding it impossible to focus on studies. So you find yourself shutting down, maybe feeling numb, perhaps feeling “too much,” or carrying stress in your body - is it showing up as tension, trouble sleeping, difficulty concentrating, heightened anxiety, or...? You may be a quiet struggler - thoughtful, self-aware, and resilient, yet exhausted. Those who struggle quietly often don’t ask for help, apologize for having needs, or carry the emotional weight for others. Or maybe you find yourself acting out in ways that are not conducive to your well-being - like risky behavior or other choices that are hurtful for you. If you’re a university student who feels stuck between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, or if you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out, I see you and am honored to hold space for you. I understand we heal through connection. Authentic connection happens when we are heard and understood in relationship to others. I attempt to engage our work through compassion, curiosity, humor, perspective, honesty, and gentle challenges when appropriate. I believe in creating a space where you are able to slow down and tune into your emotions, beliefs, and responses as a way to heal, grow, and authentically relate to others.

Hi! My name is Elisha and I'm the clinician and owner of E and Bee Somatic Therapy. My ideal client is someone who has experienced trauma, be it one event or layers of trauma occurring since childhood. They have been able to live a meaningful life to the best of their ability, but they might feel held back by feelings of control, hypervigilance, detachment, etc. stemming from the traumatic event(s). Trauma often shows up in our mood, relationships, and physical health so there may be multiple areas that are unsatisfying. My ideal client is ready to work hard to address this!

Many students come to therapy feeling stressed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that hold them back. Balancing school, relationships, and life changes can feel overwhelming. Therapy provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, and explore your experiences. I work with students to navigate emotions, stress, and relationship challenges while building coping skills and self-understanding. Together, we focus on what matters most to you and make meaningful changes in a supportive, relational space. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I honor that courage. You’ll have a gentle, safe space to process challenges, reflect on your experiences, and build confidence as you move through school and life.

Do you ever feel like you’re trying to meet everyone else's expectations while quietly struggling yourself? I work with teens, adults, and couples in unpacking childhood trauma, navigating infidelity, tackling life transitions, and motivation struggles. Whether you’re an overwhelmed overachiever, or feeling stuck in a “failure-to-launch” phase, I help clients gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence. If you're looking for a therapist who will support and challenge you through grace, humor, an honesty, I look forward to working with you! :) My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll explore how past and present relationships shape your patterns, emotions, and sense of self—so you can better understand yourself, reduce shame, build confidence, break unhelpful cycles, and create lasting change. Life is full of taboos. The self-doubts, the drama, the ‘I-probably-shouldn’t-say-this’ thoughts. In my office, nothing is too weird or too heavy, and we’ll sort through it together. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more seen, a little less alone, and more connected to the parts of yourself you’ve been carrying quietly for too long.

My work is guided by the belief that mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. With a background in community mental health and primary care behavioral health, I offer an integrative, culturally responsive, and values-based approach to therapy. I believe therapy is most effective when it goes beyond symptoms—when we explore your values, goals, and passions together. Through this lens, we co-create a foundation rooted in curiosity, connection, and emotional safety, opening space for healing and growth. I’ve had the privilege of expanding gender-affirming care at a community health system in Seattle and helped develop a behavioral health department embedded within a community center—where I facilitated programming focused on emotional wellness and connection. These experiences have shaped my commitment to making therapy accessible, affirming, and grounded in real-world community values. My value of community and connection continues to be nourished at Aspire Psychology.

I help people access greater psychological and emotional wellness by working through trauma, unhealthy relational patterns, and old beliefs. If you find that family or romantic relationships are difficult, you are socially isolated, your career or school performance is suffering, or you struggle with anxiety, depression or loss, therapy can help. Our work together can allow you to cultivate deeper self-understanding and acceptance, which are the stepping-stones to a more vital, engaged, and fulfilling life. I am experienced working with depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses, but I never see my clients as simply a diagnosis. I see race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, and age as relevant to your experience and to therapy.
