Welcome! Many women in college come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure, often caught in patterns they’re ready to change. You might be navigating college adjustments, emotional stress, social or relationship challenges, trauma or loss, attachment patterns, self-discovery, spirituality, self-esteem or belonging, women’s issues, or major life transitions. Life brings both pain and beauty, and reaching out for support takes courage. My work offers a warm, holistic, and collaborative space to explore these experiences with care, creativity, and solution-focused guidance. Somatic psychotherapy with me provides a space to breathe, slow down, and connect with your inner life and wisdom. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Dance/Movement Therapy, I integrate body awareness, nervous system and parts work, creative expression, and practical tools to support emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change. Healing often begins in small moments of being truly met. I believe it unfolds through authentic, non-judgmental connection, where curiosity, attunement, and care create space to rediscover who you are. I offer a warm, supportive presence that nurtures resilience, clarity, self-trust, joy, and a deepening sense of belonging within yourself. Email me to schedule a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying the same stress, grief, relationship struggles, or emotional pain for far too long. You may feel frustrated that despite your efforts, the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, communication feels difficult, burnout has taken over, or life no longer feels sustainable in the way it once did. Some clients come in feeling anxious, emotionally drained, lost in a major life transition, or unsure how to reconnect with themselves or the people they love. If this sounds like you, I'm glad you're here. I specialize in working with young adults and couples experiencing relationship distress, emotional disconnection, attachment injury, burnout, betrayal trauma, separation, and major life transitions. I also support women navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that can come with these changes. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process rooted in honesty, connection, and compassion. Using a person-centered, attachment-based approach, I work alongside clients to explore the emotions and patterns keeping them stuck. Together, we work toward healing, healthier relationships, and greater overall balance, hope, and fulfillment.

My name is Ben Lotstein, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) based out of Fort Collins, CO. I’ve had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families for the past six years in outpatient, in-home, and wilderness settings. I received my Master’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. In addition to working in private practice, I have the honor of serving as the Associate Director of the Aging Clinic of the Rockies at Colorado State University. When I’m not in the office, you might find me out biking, spending time with my wife and dog, meditating, or watching a good movie. I work with individuals and couples seeking to overcome stress, anxiety, and depression in order to get something more out of life. I’ll help you tap into your natural ability to move through challenges to a more balanced and fulfilling way of living. Whether you are in a long-term, committed relationship or just starting one, the work we'll do will support you in moving beyond conflicts and emotional disconnection to a more intimate, loving relationship. I’m so glad that you’ve made your way here, and I’d love to connect to see how I can support you moving forward in your process.
Hi! I'm Allison. I'm here to help you with the stress, overwhelm, and anxiety you're feeling as you try to lead the life you want. If you're tired of being REALLY hard on yourself and you want to start letting go of that and be more content with who you are, reach out. I'm anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming, and I'm ready to support you. I see clients in person near I25 and Colorado in Denver or by telehealth. My goal is to meet you where you are and understand what you want to work on – you’re the expert on your life but I can help you see it differently and make the changes you want. That might include coping strategies, looking at your needs, strengths, and values, using brain/body techniques like Brainspotting to release uncomfortable emotions, and more. I always start with the relationship because you can’t work with someone you don’t trust. I am calm, focused, and empathetic, and I still have a sense of humor. I’m always authentic (and I’m not always the textbook therapist) and I give you the space to be the real you. I’ll see you, I’ll accept you, and I’ll have your back as you make the changes you want. Reach out today for your free 30 minute consultation! You can call, email, or text.

You’re tired of thinking about food all the time. Maybe you feel out of control around eating — especially at night — or stuck in a cycle of dieting, shame, and binging. You might even feel like you should know better, but nothing seems to stick. It’s exhausting, lonely, and can leave you hating your body and doubting yourself. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone — and you're not broken. Food may have helped you cope, but now it’s causing more pain than relief. I help people heal their relationship with food so they can stop the cycle and reconnect with themselves. Our work will be collaborative and compassionate. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and tailored to your unique needs. You deserve peace with food and your body — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
