In my therapy practice, I work with a lot of people who are great at managing some aspects of their lives, but struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism and relationship issues. They can be so good at helping others, but never learned how to show up for themselves in the same way! I had my own first experience with therapy when I was in college: it was rigid and uncomfortable and not helpful...so I am intentionally here to offer the opposite experience. You'll find that I am laid back, and have a balance of compassion with sass/swearing. I'll help you understand the root of why things are showing up the way they are for you right now, and provide you the space and tools to shift how you are thinking, feeling, and showing up in your life. For clients who are interested, I also incorporate spiritual (not religious) and energetic tools to help the healing process. Check out my website to learn more!
Accepting new clients! Hi There! My name is Olivia and I want to let you know I understand that life can be challenging much more than we can handle. However, by doing some therapy, your perspective may shift to your benefit and you’d be closer to meeting your goals. If things are little more complicated, we may need a little more than just few sessions. Whatever your need I am sure we can sort it out and discuss in more detail. I would love to hear from you! I am currently accepting patients virtually. I mainly use a client centered approach, allowing you to unpack your worries in the order you desire to release and share. I ask questions, as needed to progress towards the goals you desire to meet. Modalities I use include: Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy. Aside from being a therapist, I'm also a mother to three wonderful children and have been married since 2010. I have had my own trials and tribulations and I understand what it's like to be on the other side of the therapeutic process. My own journey has allowed me to better connect and understand humans on a deeper level.
Are you going through a significant life event or change? Or are you ready to work through past distressing memories or traumatic events? Embarking on the therapeutic journey takes courage, as well as finding the right therapist. I specialize in helping those going through significant life events and discernment, individuals who experience depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, as well as those who identify as LGBTQIA. I prefer to view therapeutic foci through an Adaptive Information Processing Model, rather than through a pathological lens. So many presenting symptoms are actually trauma-related, and that is where healing can start. What if your brain could heal itself? I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which can be a powerful treatment for PTSD, anxiety, grief, performance improvement, depression and many other conditions. I am trained in the EMDR DeTUR protocol for urge reduction as well (focusing on addictions or other compulsive behaviors). In an effort to accommodate busy schedules, I offer evening and weekend appointments. Together, we will collaborate on goals and a plan while building upon your strengths. I look forward to hearing from you! If interested in EMDR therapy and curious about it, please see www.emdria.org for further information.
I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate the impact of trauma and life’s many challenges. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection and that you are the expert in your own story. Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, gently exploring and processing distressing thoughts, feelings, memories, and behaviors. Whether you’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, or ADHD, I offer a supportive, strength-based space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward clarity and balance. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailoring these approaches to your unique needs and goals. Compassion, curiosity, and respect guide every step of our work together. As a trained EMDR therapist, I offer this powerful, healing approach when we mutually decide it’s a good fit. EMDR can help your mind and body process distressing experiences and restore a greater sense of calm and stability. My role is to walk alongside you on this journey helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful tools that support lasting change.

Hi, I am a Licensed Social Worker. I offer years of experience working with people 16-90 years of age. I strive to learn and grow in order to be the most help for the people who come to me for services. My desire to gain knowledge has led me to studying narrative therapy, which pulls from people's desired way of being in the world in order to create movement. I have also studied problems around alcohol, drugs and sexuality. This interest has led me to be certified as a sex therapist as well as certified addiction specialist. I have offered sex therapy for the past seven years, and substance use therapy for over twenty years.

I specialize in working with students who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, who feel too "in their head", and who struggle to take control of their own thoughts. During our work together, we'll help you to feel more confident, more connected with the people around you, and more ready to take on life's challenges. Our sessions will be highly structured. We'll learn a meditative technique that will help you to disrupt patterns of rumination, helping you to feel more relaxed and clear-headed. At the end of our sessions, we'll reflect on takeaways and set intentions for our next session. Finally, we'll use screeners and regular check-ins to assess our progress over time. I've helped hundreds of clients overcome their anxiety and lead fuller, more meaningful lives. If you feel that my methods would help you, please reach out to schedule an intake session. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
Accepting the journey, we've been on and the need for change can feel overwhelming. Often therapy is seen as a one-sided conversation, let's change that narrative together. As your therapist, it is important to me to create a relationship where you feel safe and supported. We can explore what acceptance, healing, and growth means to you and create a plan to achieve those goals. I am passionate about working with teens and adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, women's mental health, PTSD, and identity development. I offer engaging, honest conversation to encourage accountability towards growth and acceptance. I believe that you have the capacity for growth when you feel seen, heard, and respected. Bring your emotional support water bottle or coffee and let's get to work on creating the best version of yourself.
Our counselors are here to address your psychological, emotional, and mental health concerns, utilizing effective techniques to provide the support you need.
