I love working with people facing challenges in their relationships, whether romantic or otherwise. My goal is to help you identify what you truly want, where you encounter obstacles, and to help you address any self-imposed obstacles. We'll work together to make change happen fast so that what you want is more likely to become reality. I won’t just nod along, so if you're looking for someone who doesn't skirt around the issues, you're on the right profile. I have experience working with a with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to: relationship distress, mood disorders, anxiety, impulsive behavior, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, maladaptive perfectionism, and teens at risk for personality disorders. I'm well-versed in both DBT and RO-DBT, both of which shape my approach to therapy. I have been intensively trained in Radically-Open DBT (RO-DBT), a specialized treatment for Chronic Depression, Anorexia-Nervosa, and disorders of Overcontrol (OC).
In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am also a Registered Art Therapist. Trained under the broader umbrella of Expressive Arts Therapy, I believe in the power of creativity, play, exploration, and expression which offers healing, not solely through traditional talk therapy, but through other expressive means – dance, movement, poetry, painting, improv, and more. I am trained in EMDR, and I value the use of somatic (body) work to facilitate release of embedded trauma. Sometimes, even when we understand logically that we are free from danger, our body still holds a primal fear response. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic safe space for anyone who wants to embark on a healing journey. To this end, I lean into a strength-based, client-centered, trauma-informed philosophy. Conversations, artmaking, and guided experientials are always presented as invitations as I practice active listening and an open and curious mindset towards what the client wants to explore, create, and share. In my non-profit job, I work as a sexual health educator, HIV tester, counselor, and advocate. I practice a curious, non-judgmental approach and do not shrink away from “taboo” topics. I engage with a wide spectrum of individuals and commit myself to justice and equality for everyone, paying special attention to those in marginalized groups. I offer a safe space for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, people with disabilities, and those who may see the world through a different lens.

Hi! I'm Ashley. I've been practicing Therapy for 10 years and am honored to have sat across from so many incredible souls. Life can be so beautiful. It can also be so incredibly hard and challenging to navigate. I'd love to support you as you seek healing and restoration. Having worked in this field for years, my specialties include anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image, life adjustments, parenthood, infertility and perinatal support, and women's issues among other things.
Hi, I’m Amanda. I work with individuals and couples who want to get to the root of their patterns—whether it’s relational conflict, trauma symptoms, anxiety, or a sense that something deeper is in the way of fully living. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but exhausted internally. Others feel flooded, shut down, or stuck in dynamics they can’t quite name. I help you slow down and listen to the wisdom of your nervous system, so we can understand how past experiences may still be living in your body—and gently unwind them. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work (IFS-informed), and body-based listening tools like the Safe and Sound or Rest and Restore Protocol. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for those seeking an altered state of consciousness to process trauma or reconnect with meaning. When working with couples, I draw from Relational Life Therapy to help partners move beyond blame and disconnection and into clarity, ownership, and renewed connection. I also offer Discernment Counseling which is a short term focused therapy for couples unsure whether to stay or separate—with compassion for both perspectives. Outside the therapy room, I spend as much time as I can outdoors—going on “bug hunts” with my son, hiking local trails with my husband, or exploring a new interest in horseback riding. I also love yoga, travel, and quiet mornings with coffee and books. If you’re ready to get curious about what your symptoms are trying to say—and want to feel more connected to yourself and your relationships—I’d be honored to support your journey.
I have had a wide variety of clinical experience working with clients through trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, neurodivergent stress, life transitions and existential stress, and work/life/school stress. Additionally, I have worked with client presentations and experiences including multicultural, LGBTQIA+, and other identity considerations and related stress including internalized oppression, working through impacts from sexual assault, combat trauma, and other trauma responses, as well as many un-categorized experiences of clients that affect their inner and external worlds. I use several evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy) as well as integrating these and other therapies within less structured (or more structured!) treatment.
