ClearView Counseling specializes in working with teenagers, young adults, and women going through life transitions or challenges by empowering them with the decision making process, managing stress, handling relationship issues, improving self-esteem, and body image issues in addition to addressing anxiety and depression symptoms. I am here to partner with you on your journey! In-person or Telehealth options are available.
I specialize in supporting young adults as they navigate the many transitions that come with this stage of life—figuring out who they are, where they belong, and how they want to move through the world. Young adulthood can be a time of questioning, unlearning, and redefining yourself, especially after years of being told who you should be, what you should want, or how you should show up. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping clients reconnect with their own voice—particularly when that voice has been shaped, silenced, or overshadowed by grief, anxiety, depression, or powerful systems and environments. In a loud, opinionated world, learning to listen to yourself and speak from a place of authenticity can feel daunting. My goal is to help you build trust in your inner voice and feel more confident using it—whether that means setting boundaries, expressing needs, or simply allowing yourself to take up space. I view therapy as a collaborative process, walking alongside you as you explore your identity, emotions, values, and the version of yourself you’re becoming. My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from art therapy techniques, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness practices to support growth, healing, and self-connection. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and the fact that you’re here exploring different profiles already says a lot about your courage. I’m really glad you found mine. Let’s connect and explore how we can support your healing and wellness together. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation—available in person, by phone, or via Zoom.
School can be exciting, overwhelming, and full of change. For many students, being in a campus environment can also bring increased body image pressures, stress, and challenges with eating, making this a time when eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and other mental health concerns often show up or become more intense. I've spent years specializing in eating disorders and OCD across higher levels of care and outpatient private practice, giving me the experience to support you wherever you are in your recovery. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you can build practical tools, feel more like yourself, and spend less time stuck in symptoms and more time living the life you want.

When therapy becomes a reality A situation arises in one’s life that alters our once innocent perspective of our surroundings. Answers are searched through the experience of others when ultimately the truth lies within our own experiences. These two phrases tend to resonate with individuals who experience trauma, anxiety, depression, overall dysregulation within their environment. Each person’s experience is unique as well as the journey to repairing the damage left behind. I believe therapy can be used to create a personable, yet the potentially uncomfortable path to reality and self-truth. Without exposing or facing the wounds, the trauma response can remain to stagnate or continue to spread internally and externally. In which developing the vicious cycle of chaos within, generationally, and/or onto others our surroundings. With a relationship built with trust and compassion, you're invited to explore your deepest truths, express your fears, and bravely write a new story for your life. I draw from a variety of frameworks including Feminist, Narrative, and Family Systems. Reaching out is hard. If it scares you, you're not alone. You may try considering if your fear is saying "now's not the right time" or if its something more akin to "what will this change in my life". The goal is simple: feel calmer, more confident, and more in control over your life. We will do hard things, we'll laugh, and we'll keep it human along the way. If this resonates, I'd love to work together. Hi, I'm Amy, Anxiety and OCD Therapist based in Broomfield, Colorado, as well as virtual in Colorado, Iowa, and Michigan. I provide a space that is relaxed, real, and not overly serious. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping people work toward meaningful change. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and related struggles utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). At Alpine Calm Wellness, the focus is on helping clients to reduce anxiety loops, break unhelpful patterns, and get unstuck from overthinking. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth. We will focus on what actually works in real life, expect structure, support, and a space where you truly feel heard. Together, we work on reducing avoidance, building confidence, and helping you to feel more control over your life. If you're ready to overthink less and live more, I'd love to connect. Outside the therapy room, I'm very much a "get outside" person, which is in part why I named my practice, Alpine Calm Wellness. I find my calm in nature. I love spending time with family, friends, and my dogs exploring all that Colorado has to offer, whether it be hiking, camping, snowboarding, or just being in the mountains. I'm also in my creative era, most recently diving into the handbuilt pottery world, perfecting my sourdough bread recipe, and crocheting a year-long temperature blanket, all which are teaching me patience and the value of the process.
